This year, 2010, will mark the 10th anniversary of the last big multi-year Amalgamated Regional High School Reunion in Corner Brook. Planning has already started to hold another reunion next summer for anybody who attended the high school for any period of time during the years it was called Amalgamated. Music, Music, Music

Russ Powell has graciously offered to put the skills honed in his long career as a radio announcer to work providing the background music for our reunion. Here he is at home in Nova Scotia having a great time transferring his
collection of top hits from the 50s and 60s from LPs to CDs for our entertainment.

Do you have a "special" song from back then (perhaps it was playing on your first date or maybe it brings back memories of that first kiss) that didn't make it near the top of the charts? Let Russ know and he'll try to include it in his reunion repertoire.
